  • Pacific Marine Management Company Limited (PMM) is committed to providing crew sourcing services based on the principles of the STCW Convention, SOLAS, flag states, national laws and requirements client.
  • PMM is committed to implementing a Quality Management System as required by ISO 9001:2015 and the ILO’s MLC Convention 2006.
  • Seafarers employed/employed by PMM do not have to pay any direct or indirect costs.
  • PMM does not prohibit or restrict seafarers from seeking employment.
  • PMM engages in the recruitment of all seafarers 18 years of age and older without discrimination or bias on the basis of race, color, sex, religion or social origin.
  • PMM is committed to protecting the privacy of seafarers, personal data at the company is kept confidential.
  • PMM undertakes the delivery of services to achieve established and reviewed quality objectives on an annual basis.
  • Customer satisfaction, effective continuous improvement of PMM’s reputation and quality management system is the philosophy of everyone at PMM.

POLICY FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  • PMM ensures the supply of properly trained, disciplined and physically fit seafarers capable of preventing dangerous incidents leading to accidents, incidents or any damage to property. or the customer’s environment.
  • PMM only conducts safe and legal activities.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

  • PMM prohibits any form of illegal use of drugs and alcohol on board ships operated by PMM or during PMM activities.

POLICIES FOR ENJOYMENT OF SHOW MEMBERS

  • The heart and soul of PMM lies in the people, employees and crew who are PMM’s most valuable assets. To emphasize this importance, PMM has instituted measures to lift people’s morale, thereby ensuring they instill loyalty to PMM.
  • Material benefits for export crew members include: monthly salary, bonus, allowances (travel, toxic…), social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies.
  • Non-material incentives for export crew members include policies on fostering, improving professional skills, rest regimes, working conditions, working conditions, promotion, health checks, etc.
  • Employees are purchased: P&I insurance; Partial accident insurance liability level 000 USD/person/case.
  • PMM’s crew members and PMM’s salary and profit beneficiaries are entitled to receive payments on time and in accordance with applicable laws and contracts.
  • PMM always cares about the crew’s spiritual life, taking care of the crew’s family to ensure seafarers’ peace of mind when working away from home. All matters of filial piety related to crew members, are widely informed by PMM to the entire fleet and promptly encouraged by PMM leaders to the crew’s house, especially in respect of filial piety.
  • Employees’ families with unexpected difficulties are considered by PMM for unexpected hardship allowances from the Trade Union Fund. The level of allowance depends on the specific situation, there is an agreement between the Trade Union and the Director.
